We are currently operating a hybrid model for our shared services employees (including this role). We anticipate continuing these arrangements for the foreseeable future with periodic review. Hybrid for Cantor Fitzgerald & its affiliates across the working week means three days office-based and two days remote.

• electronic trading agreements, brokerage services agreements, commission sharing agreements, environmental brokerage services agreements, NDAs, and introducing broker agreements.
• sales and trading legal coverage for BGC, including Fenics, and GFI entities.
• licensing requirements to approve cross-border transactions.
• closely with business, compliance, legal risk, and operations to facilitate new business while appropriating and managing risk.
• guidance on new products and businesses.
• coverage for negotiating prime brokerage agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Securities Lending Agreements, and ISDAs.
• is based in NYC as part of the Sales and Trading Legal team.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably with in-house legal experience.
• successful candidate is a detail-oriented, collaborative team player, who thrives in a dynamic, exciting environment, fitting with the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit.
