• Produce consolidated monthly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting standards within the established time frame;
• Ensures the general accounting and supervises the reconciliation of the various balance sheet accounts;
• Documents internal controls, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements them;
• Coordinates and prepares the year-end audit file and liaises with the external auditors;
• Supports the sales tax and income tax audit processes and provides the requested documents;
• Participates in the integration of new acquisitions;
• Manages the shared services team;
• Performs all other related duties.

• CPA professional designation
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Bilingualism French/English
• Experience with full accounting cycle
• Bilingualism French / English (spoken and written)
