The VP – Talent Acquisition has global responsibility for volume hiring across Everise geographies. This includes agent and support hiring for over 25,000 positions annually. This role must operate in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment managing various strategic and tactical tasks daily.
- Oversees and directs the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Full department responsibility including all aspects of leading a shared services function
- Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling in partnership with marketing across all GEOs including social media activities
- Responsible for vendor management for suppliers engaged with Talent Acquisition
- Creates processes to accelerate the speed of hiring while maximizing hiring quality
- Oversees a team of managers with sourcing specialists, recruiters, and administrative staff within the recruiting team. This involves training employees and setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure hiring strategies align with the organization’s policies and objectives. Team members reside in the US, Guatemala, Bogota, and the Philippines with the majority of the staff located in Manila.
- Provide valuable insight on growing industry trends regarding jobs, salaries, and other topics related to human resources. Often work with compensation and job development personnel to assist in job analysis, development of salary ranges, and employee retention.
- Financial Budgets – Working with other executives in the organization, the VP plans for short and long-term staffing needs by creating and maintaining a fiscal recruiting budget. This involves developing a financial plan, projecting expenditures for recruiting needs, and allocating funds for recruiting efforts.

Knowledge
- Qualification: College Degree
- Experience with global high-volume onsite and remote (W@H) hiring
- Experience: 10 – 14 years’ experience in the BPO/Call Center Industry
- Experience with building and managing a high-performing team
- Experience with building volume and targeted hiring sourcing strategies
- Experience with healthcare insurance positions preferred
