Our HRBPs provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. Our HRBPs work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. This role works hybrid with 2 or 3 days in office and 2 to 3 days remote but will need to be a commutable distance to the facility in Anchorage. Some business travel in Alaska is required.
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
