For a complex, global organisation, with operations in over 200 countries, we are recruiting a permanent Director of Global People Operations. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead the People Operations across people advisory and operations; lead global standards and guidance for ER; and will lead the relationship with the onboarding managed service provider. A truly global role, this key role will build capability across the UK, APAC, Americas and EMEA, leading all HR Operations, onboarding, and Shared Service functions.
- Enhance and improve the end-to-end shared services people experience function
- Integration of the 3rd party managed service provider and -inhouse people operations functions
- Build and roll-out a first-class global people advisory service
- Partner HR leaders to embed new ways of working across the Advisors, People Managers and ER teams, ensuring a consistent global approach
- Build and lead a high performing operational and advisory team
- Support a global transformation and modernisation programme across people, technology and processes
- Liaise regularly with senior leaders and manage the relationship with the managed service provider
- Set and embed global HR Operations best practice and global standards
- Lead and develop the ER, Payroll, HR Policy, People Mobility and People Solutions teams
- Significant global HR services, HR advisory or HR operations experience from a multi-national business
- Significant experience in standardising global HR processes
- Experience of transformation and change within HR services to a shared services or 3rd party model
- Experience leading global payroll
- Experience in overseeing global ER policy and services
