Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial processing activities of this company, including customer billing, credit control, payables, and other financial transaction processing.

• Experienced transaction processing / shared services manager
• Solid experience of overseeing 100+ people across financial processing activities
• Demonstrable success in driving the performance of teams and delivering improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.
• Able to map out and improve processes with an emphasis on automation where possible & appropriate.
• Effective management of working capital and accurate cash flow forecasting

• Proven experience as a Head of Transaction Processing or similar role
• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills, with the natural ability to engage, unite and motivate a team is also a must
• Excellent knowledge of financial processes and procedures
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to think strategically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA is highly desirable
