Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you manage the entire Payroll & Personnel Administration department, made up of ten employees, with the support of a Payroll Group Manager ensuring first-level management of the team.
You are responsible for Group payroll and personnel administration. You are the driving force behind change. Vector of integration in a context of growth both internal and external, you are in close contact with the Group Management and the Plate Directors.
- Supervision of overall payroll:
- Be the technical referent of the team of ten employees
- Manage projects: dematerialization, standardization, etc.
- Define processes (references, operating methods, etc.) and schedules for variable elements (participation, performance bonuses, sales commissions, etc.)
- Configure HRIS
- Ensure the interface with the IT department (automation and development projects in particular)
- Manage the relationship with URSSAF, suppliers (including software publishers, etc.) as well as Mutual and Insurance contracts
- Guarantee validation and payroll compliance and ensure legal monitoring
- Carrying out audits and convergence plans during the integration of new entities (takeovers or mergers of concessions)
- Social management and management advice:
- Develop social management control (analysis of payroll, simulation of remuneration, etc.)
- Produce monthly and annual social reporting (workforce, social report, absenteeism, etc.)
- Provide advice and recommendations to Management regarding organization and working time
Coming from a bac +5 training, you have acquired solid experience of more than ten years in a Payroll function and the management of a team, preferably within a major accounting or accounting firm. a Shared Services Center of a large company. You control the entire process up to the declarations. You have a perfect mastery of Excel functionalities and know how to adapt to different software and tools.
You have learned to work in an environment governed by several collective agreements.
