The Principal Objective of the Director of Accounting Shared Services is to lead and oversee the global shared service accounting operations for our brand business.

• Manage the shared services team, which includes finance and accounting, AP, GL, AR, collection, eCommerce & credit administration, reporting, and participation accounting.
• Oversees all functions related to the month-end close, including transferring invoices and cash receipts to the general ledger and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize accounting processes within the shared services organization and implement best practices and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to support audits and reviews.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
