As the Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in providing a HR Business Partner service to the SEA Leadership team while being hands on supporting the Thailand business.
- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing services to the SEA Leadership team and supporting the Thailand business directly
- Collaborate with talent management to facilitate talent and succession planning, and implement talent strategies across the business
- Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance HR policies and procedures and support the digital transformation of processes
- Drive and influence employee engagement, developing and implementing initiatives to enhance the employee experience
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will be degree educated in HR or a related field along with at least 10+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a MNC commercial environment. You will currently be in a regional HR leadership role with experience of managing other HR Managers. With excellent communication skills you will be used to partnering and influencing the leadership team and driving HR transformation.
