The Governance organisation are the Process Owners for Order To Cash across Diageo, for both GBO and non- GBO serviced SAP Markets. They are accountable for the design of the process, and must ensure it is efficient, effective and compliant at all times.

• 10+ years experience in Order & Billing Management or related commercial area in SSC and/or FMCG environment with a high degree of commercial acumen
• Experience of designing building and operating Order Management execution in SAP
• A tried leader, with extensive experience in the end to end commercial experience process, either in a CPG Company, consulting company or with a centralised Customer to Cash model
• Must have experience in both process execution and process improvement and ideally Process Governance and compliance,
• Lean Six sigma or equivalent qualification
• Must be a guide in designing and delivering customer facing experiences with a focus on business transformation
• Good Commercial Insight which can be used to create compelling reason to change and sound cases.
• An individual who has the ability to influence across a broad network of the organization, with the ability to effect change at all levels of the organisation and within multiple markets
• Strong business partnering skills with desire to make a difference beyond their own team
• Tried ability to align multiple partners and engage the organisation efficiently
