As the Head of Shared Services, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of various departments including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and more, ensuring that our service delivery is efficient and effective.
- Lead and manage teams across multiple service functions to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in process management and customer service.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align services with the company’s strategic goals.
- Establish robust frameworks for each department under Shared Services.
- Achieve measurable improvements in process efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in Shared Services.
- Experience in financial services or fintech. (desirable)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in process optimization.
- LEAN Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
- Held a Leadership Position in Operations at a BPO or Similar Organization.
- Experienced in Operations-Related Capacity Planning and Financial Management.
