The Head of Shared Services is a newly established leadership position, responsible for implementing a centralised shared services function within this large and complex organisation.

This role involves deploying a strategic vision for shared services delivery, building a high performing teams and establishing processes to optimise operational efficiency and streamline support functions. Once embedded the service model can scale up / down as new self-enablement, service delivery capabilities and technology upgrades are developed across the business.

Working for a talented Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the organisation’s service delivery model, driving cost savings, and improving overall business performance. This role involves establishing, leading and managing high performing teams across Finance Business Services, Payroll, Procurement services and several HR service lines. You and your team (60+ employees) will ensure best practice SSC is delivered; standardising and automating to improve delivery costs and quality, whilst ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
