Our client has multiple business portfolios in real estate, F&B and hospitality with regional presence. They are sourcing for a HR Operations Manager who will provide high quality leadership to the Shared Services Team which delivers proactive and business focused HR services as well as manage assigned projects. This role will be based in the North of Singapore and will be on a 5-day work from office policy.
- Lead and streamlining HR processes for maximum efficiency and proactive support with the end to end HR operations workflow.
- Lead the team through the intricate phases of the full employee life cycle, ensuring smooth transitions and a welcoming onboarding experience.
- Forge partnerships within the HR community to enhance service delivery and strengthen collaboration.
- Uphold their commitment to compliance, embracing HR regulations that ensure the ethical course.
- Offer guidance and support for the HR Operations team’s journey and success.
- Foster growth and development among team members, creating a culture of continuous learning.
- Embrace change and innovation, identifying opportunities to automate and enhance processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the potential of HR systems.
- Be a committed contributor to both planned and spontaneous projects that define the HR landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least 8 years of relevant HR operational experience in managing large headcounts (e.g. at least 4000) across multiple business units.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors will be strongly encouraged.
- Strong teamwork and influencing skills, with the ability to drive results.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- An organized and meticulous approach to tasks.
- Proficient in delivering effective presentations to the leadership team.
- Demonstrate initiative, independence, and flexibility to improve processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of Singapore’s employment legislation, including Employment Act and CPF Act, and familiarity with MOM guidelines on Work Pass application and administration.
