  • Leading the implementation of the Shared Services & Outsourcing Strategy and delivery roadmap including execution, and monitoring of progress across Business and Enablement Functions. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support delivery of the operating model and will have the key responsibility of supervising and directing the operations of Shared Services while promoting process standardization within the Bank. This position requires close cooperation with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider and internal stakeholders to guarantee streamlined and efficient service delivery. The goal is to ensure adherence to best practices, strengthen internal control, and continually improve operational processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of shared services model for the Organization and overseeing the day-to-day operations of shared services departments.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency within shared services.
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic outsourcing plan for the Bank with a detailed cost-benefit analysis
  • Managing a team of employees within shared services, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Governance & Controls: Implement right controls for offshoring/outsourcing operating models
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within shared services
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Overseeing the development of SLAs with all customer groups
  • Implementing planning, budgeting, and communicates organizational goals
  • Monitoring overall Shared Service Centre, teams and individuals’ performance
  • Driving Shared Service Centre staffing through involvement with the selection, training, career development and evaluation programs

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s and Associate Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance and Business, preferred
  • Experience in setting up and improving a Shared Services Centre or experience in setting up, and managing a business process
  • Experience in project management to ensure that initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget
