As a Performance Delivery (PD) Director you’ll be an individual contributor delivering business assessments and operating model transformation.

• Operating model design, redesign, and improvement – familiarity of six sigma, lean, agile, and quality management methodologies
• Project execution and delivery – bias for action measuring success on positive business outcomes through delivery of sophisticated projects and programs
• Facilitating process and technology integration with experts
• Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
