Governance and Business Services (GBS) is part of the 1st Line within the Multifamily Division at Freddie Mac. GBS is responsible for identifying and measuring operational risks, analyzing and reporting on risks, and collaborating with management across the company.

• Manage and support projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Partner with subject matter experts to help them realize goals/desired outcomes
• Work to successfully drive projects to completion, on-time and within budget
• Manage all elements of the project delivery lifecycle, including:
• Meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, RAID
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Support Divisional reporting of risk assessment results
• Monitor and report on risks and issues
• Provide support to the MF control self-testing teams, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 8 – 10 years of work experience, including experience in audit or risk management
• Experience in conducting risk assessments
• Prior project management experience
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
