• Responsible for all pay-related topics and processes in labor and social security law as well as in payroll accounting
• Strategic further development of payroll accounting, automation and standardization of company-wide processes
• Management of around 90 employees at three locations in Berlin, Thuringia and North Rhine-Westphalia
• First contact person for the team leaders in all technical and organizational issues as well as assistance in processing special billing cases
• Contact person for customers in special cases and general human resources issues as well as their implementation in the organization

• Successfully completed business studies or comparable training
• Practical experience required for this position in the area of ​​payroll accounting, payroll accounting, payroll
• Experience in personnel management and control of complex billing processes in a multi-networked group, including the use of modern IT structures
• Comprehensive knowledge of income tax law/social security law
• Knowledge of employer-financed pension plans
• Knowledge of using P&I LOGA or other HR administration systems for managing personnel processes and analyzing payroll (e.g. WebHR., ADP Workforce Now., Paycor., Workday HCM., Dayforce HCM., Rippling.)
