Are you a leader with the standing to lead a team of around 90 people at three locations nationwide? Billing of around 15-20,000 is not new territory for you? Are you a strategist who continues to master your craft in payroll accounting?
- Responsible for all pay-related topics and processes in labor and social security law as well as in payroll accounting
- Strategic further development of payroll accounting, automation and standardization of company-wide processes
- Management of around 90 employees at three locations in Berlin, Thuringia and North Rhine-Westphalia
- First contact person for the team leaders in all technical and organizational issues as well as assistance in processing special billing cases
- Contact person for customers in special cases and general human resources issues as well as their implementation in the organization
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable training
- Practical experience required for this position in the area of payroll accounting, payroll accounting, payroll
- Experience in personnel management and control of complex billing processes in a multi-networked group, including the use of modern IT structures
- Comprehensive knowledge of income tax law/social security law
- Knowledge of employer-financed pension plans
- Knowledge of using P&I LOGA or other HR administration systems for managing personnel processes and analyzing payroll (e.g. WebHR., ADP Workforce Now., Paycor., Workday HCM., Dayforce HCM., Rippling.)
- An agile leader with excellent communication skills as well as social and analytical skills
