We are looking for you in Dresden as Head of Hire to Retire (m/f/d) Shared Service Center.
- As Head of HR Shared Services (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring effective and high-quality execution of the Hire to Retire business processes in the SSC.
- You always keep an eye on the KPIs, SLAs and the overall strategy of the shared service center and ensure the execution of SSC processes according to industry standards.
- You will also be responsible for leading and developing international teams in various countries and representing the SSC towards internal customers and stakeholders.
- You act with skill as a process expert and multiplier for the harmonization, standardization and optimization of processes in all business areas and countries and are in close coordination with global process owners and process owners.
- You are also responsible for developing and implementing the SSC’s hire-to-retire strategies and ensuring the effective and efficient provision of HR services.
- You will oversee HR technology platforms and tools and ensure effective use and integration within the Shared Service Center.
- You will also proactively stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes.
- You have successfully completed your studies and have relevant professional experience in a comparable field of work as well as well-founded experience in the management and management of business processes.
- You are comfortable with professional project management and are already familiar with systems for payroll accounting and process development (e.g. Workday, etc.).
- As a strategic and analytical thinker, you work on complex problems in a solution-oriented manner and lead your team to achieve their goals in a results-oriented manner.
- You are adaptable, like to think outside the box and impress with a positive charisma, reliability and strong trustworthiness.
- Willingness to travel (inter)nationally and fluency in German and English round off your profile; additional language skills are an advantage.
