A core task is the smooth and secure exchange of data within the insurance industry and with its partners, including through the Trusted German Insurance Cloud (TGIC®), GDV DL’s highly secure infrastructure.
- You promote standards and structures to ensure quality-conscious processes across departments and divisions
- You are there for your team and support personal and professional development
- In the new and further development of industry services for the German insurance industry, you are responsible for the technical (further) development as well as the financing coordination with the industry and report to the committees of GDV eV
- To do this, you will coordinate closely with the areas of application development, support, IT service management, IT operations as well as project and process management
- As part of the company’s 3-year planning, you and your team are responsible for sales and cost planning for industry services and coordinate financing and quarterly service controlling with the financial accounting and controlling departments in the company
- For the sales and marketing of industry services, you will develop appropriate concepts together with your team, GDV eV and corporate communications and lead them to implementation
- You are responsible for preparing strategic decision templates
- You have already gained several years of relevant experience in the areas of business development, IT consulting or product development
- With at least 2-3 years of leadership experience, you have a clear understanding of positive leadership, can coach based on strengths and can also let go
- You always meet people as a communicative role model, promote proactive exchange and demonstrate the ability to prepare complex technical and specialist content in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to convey it confidently
- A high degree of initiative, confident argumentation and negotiation as well as the right assertiveness enable you to have a strong customer, service and quality orientation
- Structured, strategic and result-oriented actions as well as very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills support you in the successful implementation of the department’s milestones
