This role is for a senior-level position in shared services focusing on accounting, transaction processing, and customer reporting. The job involves overseeing various operational aspects related to financial transactions, contract management, and customer communications.
- Participating in annual budget planning for donations and disbursements.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust contract management process.
- Reviewing and improving agreement templates to ensure compliance with policies.
- Managing exceptions and providing guidance to minimize deviations.
- Ensuring the ERP system accurately reflects business processes and is well-documented.
- Reviewing management information templates and addressing issues promptly.
- Managing customer reporting requirements and responding to feedback.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for organizational goals.
- Coordinating with teams on daily operations and project activities.
- Supporting special projects and providing advice to senior management.
- Graduate or post-graduate education, with professional qualifications in accounting or management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, transaction processing, and mutual funds.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and database management.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience of 10-15 years in transaction processing or shared services, preferably in leadership roles.
- Background in financial control, compliance, risk management, and project management.
