• Lead and guide the Technical Team to meet business objectives effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role, handling complex technical projects in their entirety.
• Essential experience in the Insurance industry.
• Strong grasp of relevant technologies, tools, and methodologies including software development frameworks, programming languages, databases (MS SQL/Oracle), and networking.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for issue identification and data-driven decision-making to maintain project progress.
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban.
• Skilled in creating project plans, setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress efficiently.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving project success.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Expertise in identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessment, contingency planning, and proactive risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.
