Key partner to R&D Site Leader & R&D Leadership Team
- Actively contribute to the business strategy and execution as a member of the BRD Leadership Team
- Partner with BRD leaders on all people and talent matters
Strategy & Change
- Design & drive HR Strategy in sync with business strategy and overall One India HR Strategy
- Manage Organizational change in line with organizational priorities
Engagement & Culture
- Drive a High Performance culture
- Drive Baxter cultural values
- Drive high engagement scores for the unit (BPTW)
- Create an engaging work environment
Talent Management
- Actively drive the talent agenda to ensure high quality talent through levers of hiring, development, succession planning, TRP, internal movements, mentoring etc.
- Drive high quality talent processes such as TRP, 30.60.90 days onboarding, ACE etc.
- Drive diversity & inclusion
Planning & Budgeting
- Drive payroll cost planning / budgeting
- Drive adherence to payroll budgets
Comp & Benefits
- In partnership with C&B COE drive annual salary planning, Sales incentive strategy/design/penetration, policies & benefits for unit
People Management
- Engage & develop the BRD HR team
- Effective collaboration with COEs, hiring team etc.
- Partner with business to ensure Org structures support the business goals
- Ensure layers, spans etc. are in line with Baxter principles
- Post Graduate in Human Resources with an overall experience of at least 10-12 years including 5 years of HR leadership role.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of all HR disciplines including applicable labor laws.
- A demonstrated track record in working in highly matrixed organizations. Courage and comfort in engaging senior leaders. Agility, Digitally savviness and Emotional Quotient should be high. Good in consulting and problem solving, coaching, collaborating with a strong customer orientation/employee orientation.
