In this role you will be a key member of BMI GBS, having overall ownership of the Procure to Pay function and managing 3 teams, ensuring the delivery and quality of the PTP area. As PTP Tower lead you will be establishing and reporting KPIs, utilising team resources, and controlling the PTP function.

This role reports directly to the Head of GBS and closely collaborates with the Finance Operations Manager, BPO partner, as well as Market Financial Directors.

  • Manage and oversee operations of the PTP function across Vilnius and external provider teams, ensuring the team’s timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Ensure PTP policies, processes, and operating procedures are clearly defined and implemented, and followed into operations.
  • Oversee the monthly PTP KPIs and volumetric data, ensure adherence to defined targets and effectiveness/efficiency of PTP overall process.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage PTP team leads and teams, offering guidance, training, and ongoing performance and development support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with BMI Group stakeholders, global PTP lead, and BPO organization, serving as a primary point of contact to resolve any queries/vendor account issues on a timely basis
  • Actively participate in transformation projects, supporting the implementation of new technologies, and process improvements that streamline the PTP process
  • Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and projects as necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in Procure to Pay, and Management with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
  • Fluent English language skills and excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving and achieving measurable results
  • Successful experience in employee relationship-building and performance-management techniques
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems, preferably SAP
