Depending on your experience, as a Transformation Manager you will lead projects of varying levels of complexity. You will accompany your projects from start to finish, from comprehensive project management to your own process recordings, creation of future designs and the implementation of the solutions.
- Own development of process optimizations and redesigns of new or existing processes, including coordination and documentation as a basis for the actual automation
- Assessment of the technical feasibility of business requirements as well as the impact on existing IT processes, data and structures
- Management of senior stakeholders of major projects in close cooperation with internal customers, IT architects and IT developers
- Definition of suitable work packages in hybrid-agile project management taking into account timelines, budget and relevant risks
- Coordination of the implementation and all roll-out activities surrounding the newly designed processes in the global organizational structures
- Collaborative development (decision preparation) and implementation of technical integrations with third-party systems (SAP S/4, MDG, via middleware, etc.) with participating architects and developers
- Carrying out functional unit tests, user acceptance tests and supporting the specialist departments during go-live and hypercare
- Conducting workshops & trainings (e.g. design thinking workshops, project methodology, digitalization technologies, change management, best practice sharing, etc.)
- Project management of all team members and topics, management of interdisciplinary project teams
- Standardization and optimization of existing processes
- Harmonization of structures and data
- Mentoring & support in the training of new colleagues
- Business or technical studies (business administration, economics, computer science, business informatics, engineering, etc.)
- Several years of relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) in project management, process optimization or as a process analyst – qualifications / certifications are desirable, preferably with a consulting background
- Initial experience in the transformation environment / in the implementation of digitalization solutions, ideally in the area of finance – SAP knowledge and technical interface / integration expertise are desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong self-organization, initiative and solution orientation as well as good stakeholder management, initial corporate experience is desirable
- Strong conflict resolution and assertiveness skills
- Very high level of creativity, flexibility and solution orientation
- Strong analytical skills, strategic and unconventional thinking
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
