Oliver Parks was commissioned to search for the Head of Finance for an attractive traditional company.

Take responsibility for the team of around 17 people as Head of Accounting with deputy function for the Vice President Finance.

An excerpt from your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of the department and its employees
• Responsibility for accounting, including monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Management and expansion of the shared service function in Europe
• Collaboration with adjacent areas and interfaces (taxes, controlling, IT, purchasing, sales)
• Tracking and implementing legal changes as well as technical responsibility for global processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI)

• Successfully completed business studies or commercial training with further training as an accountant
• Experienced leader with successful implementation of change processes and very good SAP R/3 (FI) or SAP S/4HANA knowledge
• Financial statement security according to HGB and IFRS, good knowledge of sales tax law, high analytical competence, structured working method and very good English skills
