• HoGP is responsible to further develop and improve our Global Process Organisation together with our Global Process Owner
• Process expert and force multiplier for process harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation across BUs and countries and is in close alignment with GPO (Global Process Owner)
• Drives enterprise-wide data strategy, data governance and organization on data
• Providing leadership to drive and ensure continuous optimization in execution and quality of services within Group Business Services (in line with KPIs, SLAs and external benchmarking)
• Providing leadership to drive excellence in process management and project management across the Group Business Service organisation
• Business Partnering and Talent & Succession Planning for Group Processes

• >10 years work experiences with background in strategy consulting or in a responsible position in an international company
• Operational experiences in data governance management (>2 years would be beneficial)
• Operational experiences in an Excellence team / Service Team within a Shared Service Organisation (>2 years would be beneficial)
• Advances knowledge in project management
• Expert in process management (BPMN, data mining)
• Expert in Data governance
• Confidence in stakeholder management with focus on Senior Management & Executives
• Strong process orientation and analytical competence (across End-to-End processes)
• Passionate team player with hands-on mentality
