Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next PH Total Rewards Manager for our Transcom Pasig site.

To oversee HR Compensation & benefits (Total Rewards) focusing on benefits administration, total rewards management, and clinic operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership in the development of the total rewards philosophy and strategy.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of current programs and aligns total rewards strategy with the company’s long-term strategic goals, financial position, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits plans comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Develop communication strategies to enhance employees’ understanding and appreciation of total rewards packages.
  • Conduct employee focus groups and surveys to gather feedback on current programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Incorporate diversity and inclusion principles into total rewards programs to ensure equity and fairness across the organization.
  • Responsible in evaluating and making recommendations on compensation strategies to attract and retain talents
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to develop competitive compensation packages for new hires.
  • Lead a team of HR practitioners specializing in Compensation/Total Rewards, Benefits, and Clinic Management
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient wellness management.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize clinic operations, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships with HRIS vendor, banks, HMO provider, and other third party vendors related to existing and future compensation and benefits programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the total rewards team.
  • Responsible for personnel and Non-personnel cost planning, tracking and related queries
  • Review periodic cost center reports and provide information on personnel cost tracking to the cost owners

Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement regional cost management and planning processes by leveraging and utilizing existing tools and systems to ensure planning/cost control capabilities are met
  • Manage and establish an efficient and integrated setup of interfaces between Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Controlling and finance to have strong headcount, budget and cost tracking processes in place
  • Ensure accurate and timely inputs of the TR/C&B team into payroll, PR/PO payments to TR/C&B suppliers, etc.
  • Collect and disseminate information and updates on annual planning cycle
  • Responsible for overall budget and cost tracking of HR function and works closely with leadership to ensure solid planning during Accrual Costing/ Monthly updates.
  • Deliver against timely and fact based decisions in line with legal and policy requirements
  • Succession planning within the Total rewards/C&B team
  • Local audit support for DOLE, internal audits, corporate audits, etc.

To be successful in this role you must…

  • University degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Experience in multiple areas of HR including Total Rewards and/or Finance
  • Experience in a shared service, customer service, or HR function (preferred)
  • Experience in Reporting and presentation to Sr. Leadership
  • Enabler for change with a strong drive for constant improvement
  • Deep knowledge of budget, accounting process, and Total Rewards practices
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
