The Finance Director, Shared Services plays a critical role in overseeing procurement, treasury management, and tax functions within the organization. Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize costs, manage financial risk, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include leading procurement efforts, managing cash flow, and developing tax strategies to minimize liabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically. Effective communication, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance are essential for success in this role.

  • Develop and implement robust financial services and policies across Fullsight including SAE International, PRI, ITC and other subsidiaries.
  • Oversee the Treasury Management, A/R & Collection function
  • Oversee the Procurement & Facilities Function
  • Oversee the Tax function
  • Collaborate with the CFO and Senior Leadership ensuring service levels are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other key financial partners
  • Collaborate with CFO on special projects
  • Assist in the Fullsight annual Business Plan process
  • Supervise and lead team of three
  • Additional projects as assigned.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 15 years experience in accounting or related field, with 7 years of supervisory experience
  • CPA or CMA designation
  • Experience in public accounting
  • Ability to research highly complex taxation laws, rules and regulations
  • Strong decision-making ability and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Diverse knowledge of business disciplines including accounting, finance, taxation and business law
  • Up to date knowledge of accounting standards, federal and state taxes and general accounting regulations
  • Ability to motivate and build an enthusiastic workforce
  • Excellent communication, customer and relationship skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
