- Lead Global Process Ownership – Hire to retire through the development of service catalogues, process taxonomies, technology assessments and requirement, capacity and resource assessments and drive best in class improvements (process, KB, SLAs, etc)
- Develop and drive HR Shared Services transformation roadmap with focus on digitalization, process optimization and improved employee experience
- Develop , Lead & track the road map for the employee ratio to HRSD based on the scope and migration plan to achieve the HRSS business case cost efficiencies
- Lead HRSD workforce Transition – transition planning, knowledge transfer & testing, HRSD technical assessments & redundancy management
- Partner with technology teams to develop automation use cases, develop functional requirements for systems, conduct technology assessments and selections
- Ensure alignment and compliance with required internal Company governance, related to all areas of HR.
- Establish priorities to enable HR Shared Services activity to be delivered within the tiered HR Service Delivery model.
- Ensure the ownership of internal SOP/ documentations library, geozone and Country level HR policy consolidation – Ownership of HR taxonomy – Level 7.
- Work with Other HR Pillars, HRBPs and Center of excellence to operationalize any migrations, automations and other strategic changes.
- Build and maintain operating rhythm for project ‘gates’,, utilization models, etc
- Lead simplification, Continuous & process improvement of HR processes and practices for employee, manager and HR professional experience consistency while ensuring scalability
- Operationalize strategic initiatives for HRTS through building, expanding and fostering strategic relationships across HR and interdependent functions
- Focus on content building, primarily focused on HRSD (process maps, SOPs, WI, FAQs, etc)
- Drive stakeholder and change management strategies to support system, process and service transitions
- Lead the review and revision of HR policy content, developing a robust policy framework that reflects current regulations, industry standards, and organizational needs to establish appropriate operational guidelines to support HRSD operations & governance.
- Provide a centralized repository for policies, procedures, tools and templates. Digital Assistant Content, Content Creation for Knowledge Delivery, Language Governance, Manager Hub, HR Hive, HR Communication, Policy Content Revision/Framework
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar social disciplines.
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in HR shared services or HR transformation with focus on delivering:
- HR Service Delivery Design
- process governance and business process design, documentation and knowledge management practices (process taxonomy, GPO framework and RACI, process mapping, SOP, WI development, KM processes and repositories)
- process reengineering and continuous improvements
- process analysis and KPIs development
- time-spend assessments, capacity and resource assessments and shared service business case development
- setting up and managing global PMO in support of Shared Service projects
- developing and implementing change management strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement and communications, training delivery
- Experience in both consulting and in-house implementations is an advantage
