We are currently looking for a person for the position of Head of Business Services Outsourcing (BSO), one of our strategic, leading business lines, offering services such as personnel outsourcing, temporary work and managed services. The new person will be responsible for strategic management of the department, having a key impact on the development of the business and the subordinate team.

• Developing and implementing department strategies in line with organizational goals.
• Manage department operations, including processes, staff and budget.
• Supervision of the implementation of outsourcing projects, including human resources management, quality control and results analysis.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Analyzing market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and process improvements.

• Experience in a similar managerial role in the broadly understood area of ​​professional and consulting services for clients. Experience and knowledge of Recruitment, Personnel Outsourcing, Temporary Work and Managed Services services will be an advantage.
