Our client, a Swiss Pharmaceutical company specializing in dermatological treatments and skin care products, is looking for a Global Head of HR Shared Services to lead and manage operational excellence, enable HR strategy implementation, and support organizational growth.
- Delivering the full life cycle of HR Shared Services.
- Designing and implementing HR Services strategy, ensuring the HR function delivers an exceptional user experience to employees and candidates.
- Enhancing the global HR delivery organization, which requires the alignment and coordination of current, regional HR operations delivery teams.
- Managing the quality, consistency, and efficiency of services delivered by the HR Shared Service team and the outsourced provider for Payroll Administration, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Content & Service Level Management.
- Overseeing the management of HR technologies, including the further refinement of the HRIS system, Workday. Ensure the deployment of HR technologies to support business requirements.
- At least 10 years of HR experience in a global organization.
- Experience leading HR services including leading a global shared services model.
- Thought leader in HR Open Services with experience optimizing and delivering highly credible and reliable HR operations and incorporating technical advancements to enable fit for purpose organizations.
- Experience in payroll administration.
- Direct and relevant experience in global, i.e. Europe and USA as well as other regions.
- Experience leading complex operations and successfully navigated a large-scale global transformation and growth.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Must be an accomplished leader who can devise the strategy and deploy it successfully.
- Demonstrated ability establishing and cultivating effective internal working relationships with multi-layer, cross-functional counterparts across geographies.
