As the Head of Finance Operations, you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller of Swift. Leading a global team, you will be accountable for critical tasks in the Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes. This position provides a distinctive chance to collaborate closely with Swift’s top management, including the CFO and members of the Executive Committee. Your role will be vital in promoting operational excellence, leading transformation projects, and improving customer experience.

  • Lead a global team of 25+ professionals.
  • Be a hands-on and pragmatic leader, positively impacting those around you.
  • Prioritize customer experience while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
  • Developing a strong vision for Finance Operations, aligned with Swift’s strategy.
  • Maintain and improve operational excellence across key areas such as Contract Management, Billing, Collections, Payables and Global T&E program.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and key change programs, focusing on operationalization, efficiencies and controls as well as improving customer/employee experience.
  • Act as a partner for broader Finance as well as collaborate other departments on strategic priorities.
  • A university undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record in finance roles within global organization (>10 years), including at least 5 years as a team lead.
