  • manage existing Shared Services Accounting organization, which includes OTC, PTP, RTR and T&E processes,
  • ensure an effective internal control environment with polices/procedures that comply with US GAAP, ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) and Company Policy requirements,
  • respond to audit and accounting questions, concerns and inquiries,
  • serve as a business partner, develop and strengthen strong collaborative relationships with plants, tech centers and aftermarket offices as well as corporate global strength functions to drive performance improvements,
  • collaborating with colleagues in finance as well as cross functionally to meet your goals and our company’s objectives,
  • effectively manage, evaluate, monitor, and develop employees under your influence to drive maximum operational performance and further employee career advancement. Seek to be a net exporter of finance talent,
  • cultivate continuous improvement through a mentality of continuous improvement and lean thinking in the Shared Service and drive this mentality into daily action,
  • capable to form interactive, supportive, and high-functioning teams.
  • bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics or equivalent experience,
  • + 10 years of experience in financial working in a manufacturing multinational company,
  • experience in Audit preferred,
  • SAP experience is a plus,
  • strong proficiency in Excel,
  • excellent English verbal and written communications skills,
  • ability to lead and manage a team, motivate others, and get the best out of team members,
  • analytical mind with a can- do attitude and problem-solving skills,
  • open personality with very professional approach to daily work,
  • shows ethics, enthusiasm, integrity and values, shares best practices and is great team player.
