As we continue to grow and integrate after several acquisitions, we are looking for an HR Shared Services Manager to join our HR team operating for Benelux and Germany and lead the transformation to a shared services team, being responsible to lead Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Administration, Systems & Processes. This is an exciting time for a seasoned HR professional to join the Lineage family and help us reach the next level in HR. This role reports into the HR Director for Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.
- Manage and lead a team of 5 direct and 4 indirect reports in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Admin & Systems Support
- Set up the HR Shared Service model for the Benelux and Germany
- Coordinate / lead Projects in Benelux and Germany around integration, harmonization and implementation of systems, processes and policies
- Important projects for 2024 are harmonization of C&B in Netherlands, implementation of ADP in the Netherlands, HR Workday, Payroll system and Time tracking in Germany
- Professionalize and make uniform our HR processes, supported by HR Workday, review and establish efficient payroll and time tracking processes in the region, making sure they are SOX compliant
- Leading on the delivery of high quality and reliable HR services: standardization, optimization in our way of working & use of systems and processes
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders such as but not limited to, HR Field, Total Rewards Europe and HRIS Europe
- Set up the HR dashboard and create accurate and timely delivery of monthly HR (KPI) reporting and analysis towards HR field, Finance and the business
- Develop HR policies and procedures for Germany and Belgium
- Previous experience working in a HR Shared service environment managing HR experts within Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Admin & Systems Support, and Learning & Development
- Extensive experience in broad HR spectrum, HR processes, HR systems and time tracking, shared service models
- Strong leadership, project management and people management skills
- Experience in working in a matrix organization, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English language
- You have a high degree of independence and enjoy driving change
- Excellent knowledge of MS office specifically Excel, Word, Power point, Teams and Outlook as well as knowledge in using HR systems, such as Workday and ADP
- Previous experience working in food production or the logistics industry would be highly beneficial but not essential
