Overall Accountability:

• Coordinate and review month-end close process for selected Legal Entities.
• Ensure effective and accurate production of information in collaboration with Back Office Managers.
• Sign off on end-to-end processes and follow-up actions for monthly deliverables.

Team Support

• Support team on specific deliverables related to their Legal Entity.
• Review statutory submissions and ensure compliance.

Team Management And Development

• Lead and manage the Shared Services Front Office team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Support training and development needs of team members.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with GSS General Manager and internal customers including CFOs, Finance Managers, and Control Managers.
• Establish productive relationships and effectively communicate financial insights.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and strategic discussions.

Compliance And Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Work closely with internal audit and compliance teams to address identified issues.

Process Improvement And Automation

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Shared Services Center.
• Analyze existing finance processes and implement changes to enhance productivity and accuracy.

• Highly experienced finance professional with advanced degree in Finance, accounting (ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing Finance and Accounting Teams in an international, multicultural environment.
• Proven track record of effective team leadership and motivation.
• Solid experience in collaborating with internal and external finance stakeholders.
• International mobility required.
• Fluent English
