• Ensuring the transition of RTP activities from various countries to Global Shared service Cener as per the defined timelines.
• Leading 100+ employees responsible for invoice processing, payment batch preparation and vendor master management as per the defined processes.
• Ensuring 100% of payments are done in line with supplier payment terms and as per the local legal rules.
• Developing and managing JPO (Joint performance objectives) with stakeholders and monitoring their achievement on periodical basis. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to optimize procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and payment terms.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline RTP operations and enhance service levels by standardizing the processes and automating the projects.
• Work with cross functional teams in problem solving and improve collaboration by upholding high standards of partner experience and operational excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on RTP internal control processes and procedures.

• We are looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience in Procure to Pay domain
• Overall Experience needed: 18+ years with a strong working experience in managing PTP activities of GCCs.
• Should have strong experience in transitioning PTP activities from Europe and North America to GCCs
• This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of PTP processes, familiarity with Oracle ERP, analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Open to work in American and European shifts.
