Title: Manager – L&D
Location: Goregaon East, NESCO
Main accountabilities: As the Manager – L&D at Sodexo Business Services, you’ll be a supporting force behind our Sodexo Business Services success.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
- Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings
- Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- People Partnership: Collaborate closely with business managers and people to offer HR solutions that support business growth and development.
- Talent Development: Under the HR leadership, drive and implement programs for skills enhancement, employee engagement, and effective succession planning.
- Change Management and Communication: Support HR leadership in driving change initiatives with effective communication, gaining stakeholder buy-in.
- Data-Driven Insights: Support HR leadership in monthly, quarterly reporting, budget tracking, etc. Utilize learning HR analytics for informed decision-making and optimizing opportunities.
- Industry Engagement: Collaborate with the industry GCC community to share and learn industry-leading HR practices, staying up-to-date with trends.
- Regional Projects: embark of regional learning & development project activities and run the programs for various communities within the center.
- Master’s Degree: Human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of L&D experience of which minimum 2 years of experience in Global set-ups
- Experience in delivering training programs is a MUST
- The incumbent must display resilience and have a collaborative mindset to work across functions.
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Exceptional Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Proven ability to build influential relationships with senior leaders.
