The GBS HR Performance Management will support and actively evolve the GBS HR / HR ecosystem, provide coordination and a fact based framework, to understand, manage and improve Employee Experience. This as a baseline to improve sense of belonging, employee loyalty and effective partnering with all Team members.
- Managing the OKR process for SLT area, coordinating with Manage Business Domain team and overseeing process from OKR creation to tracking, alignment, changes
- Performance Management:
- Drive and own standardized reporting, measurements, KPI and ad hoc analysis in line with SLA’s together with Delivery Excellence team securing quality, timeliness, compliance and productivity of services and processes
- Coordinate decisions towards adoption and implementation of standard processes, performance measurements, services and solutions in order to standardize, harmonize and automate activities
- Ensure the experience and partnering with the HR SLT and regional leaders is improving along agreed milestones and shared ambitions
- Accountable for the improvement and customer satisfaction related to process governance, strategy and compliance framework
- Ensure that on-going requirements raised by markets/functions are adequately evaluated and considered
- Independently identify and manage (senior) stakeholder group, establish solid working relationship and steer communication
- Proxy representative for SLT Area for relevant areas (OKRs, KPIs, etc.) with both GBS and other SLTs.
- Own all GBS HR operational excellence efforts for Germany including the interface between Germany and Porto HR Services.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with different international cultures
- Excellent communication skills especially when interacting with different levels of business and GBS
- Strong planning and organization skills, and ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines
- Understanding of the bigger picture and end-to-end processes
- Ability to think strategically and future oriented
- High degree of self-management, enthusiasm, drive to perform
- Deep analytical skills in order to analyze and present complex issues of strategic relevance
- Proven ability to lead across own area of direct responsibility to achieve results in wider organization
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to information requests from senior executives, stakeholders, cross functional business leaders, peers and customers
- Strong understanding of GBS, policies and processes, and ability to navigate efficiently
- Process improvement skills and mindset; propose changes and improvements to existing work
- Understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and other business metrics; when to use which and how to create metrics that add value
- Strong internal network and relationships
- Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive work experience in relevant functional area, ideally in a Shared Service or GBS environment
