Being Director of Marketing Operations, the main challenge is to contribute to the projection of Tecnológico de Monterrey and its institutions through the optimization of the Shared Marketing Services Operation and content production. Direct and coordinate all operational activities related to the production of content, contracting of suppliers, agencies and media, to comply with the marketing and communication plan of Tecnológico de Monterrey and its institutions. You will be responsible for the management and optimization of the assigned budget.
- Execute annual marketing plans for the institution’s brands, more than 100 brands with an investment of 500 million pesos annually.
- Collaborate with the Experience Center to develop and execute projection strategies, ensuring coherence with the objectives of the different entities it serves.
- Direct marketing operations for all markets, including campaign management, product strategies, market research and data analysis.
- Manage the human, financial and technological resources of the Marketing Operations Center to ensure efficiency and optimization of resources.
- Establish and improve operational processes and procedures to ensure budget optimization and constant SLA improvement.
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with regulations and legal requirements in the markets where it operates.
- Lead strategic marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
- Deliver periodic reports on the acquired capabilities of the Operation Center and the track for the incorporation of new ones.
If you have training in Industrial Engineering, Master’s Degree in Marketing or similar. You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations or Marketing Services, agency management, suppliers, leadership of large teams (+50 people). And among your skills is experience in shared services, creative or advertising agencies.
