Lead and coordinate overall planning and forecasting and reporting process for total BSS including HH, PL and MEX.

• Leading the redesign and implementation of an integrated and efficient planning and forecasting and reporting process for total BSS including HH, PL and MEX
• Liaison with HQ and regional controller to improve communication process for BSS product and projects continuously
• Leading and monitoring BSS business and scenario planning as well as the financial forecasting process both with BSS internal functions and with all the Beiersdorf affiliates, HQ functions, LPG and Tesa from a finance perspective including the critical evaluation of proposed strategies and plans to set challenging but realistic targets within the framework of the group strategy
• International functional leadership, including onboarding, development and coaching of team members
• Providing timely, accurate and robust financial support to the HH IT and GFS team
• Active participation in HH IT and GFS cost steering through close collaboration with other functions
• Proactive involve in the IT transformation projects as the value Co- creator.
• Continuous further development of analytical controlling and sales planning tools
• Support BSS Finance Manager for the ad hoc projects & business cases including BSS geographical and functional expansion

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on finance / controlling
• 8+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
• Proactive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and reporting tools in the SAP environment. Power BI skill is a plus
• Interest in data management tools
• Fluent in English; German is beneficial
