Our client, one of the leading consulting firms, is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to join their Corporate Services Transformation team. This role involves delivering innovative solutions in finance, HR, and procurement, and requires expertise in back office transformation and business development.

• Manage client engagements, including all client-facing responsibilities and leading teams.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in broader engagements.

• Ensure quality, efficient, and profitable delivery of engagements.

• Lead business development efforts for specific capabilities or client groups.

• Build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships.

• Deliver compelling proposals to win engagements.

• Contribute to practice and risk management, including thought leadership and business development.

• Motivate and support team members.

• Demonstrate continuous self and team development.

• Share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in leading back office transformations, including finance transformation, change management, organisational transformation, operating model design, and shared services implementation.

• Proven track record of leading high-value engagements (fees exceeding £500k).

• Experience working with senior-level executives in the public and private sectors.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

• Advanced analytical ability and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• A cross-service line network to leverage firm-wide capabilities in client relationships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Awareness of public sector requirements (e.g., Green Book business cases).

• Knowledge of intelligent automation and business intelligence tools.

• Formal qualification in finance, such as a chartered accountant.
