Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR-Intercompany; Bank reconciliations & month-end related activities.

• Ensure readiness for month end activities, adherence to cut offs and completeness of all entries done by the team.

• Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions and statutory compliance
• Ensure team alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and propose potential solutions. You will need to flag risks to clients and the company’s stakeholders and propose action plans where needed.

• Must have at least 5 years managerial experience handling transactional RTR (Record-to-Report) from a Global Shared Services/BPO industry
• Understands US Accounting principles and procedures
• Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment
• Good quantitative and analytical skills
• Decision making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Automation & Digitization
• Good working knowledge on Month-end closing, intercompany process, bank reconciliations, cash management and cash accounting, fixed assets processes.
• Require analytical skills and should be able to perform detailed analysis on aged open items and provide proposal to clear the open items
• Ability to work under pressure & flexibility to meet demanding deadlines is essential. Must be willing to complete pre-employment requirements such as proof of education (TOR/Diploma), NBI, etc.
