Position will manage HR Operations and ensure delivery of exceptional services to the Business Units and Employees. It will cover Talent Acquisition, On Boarding, Learning and Development, Payroll, and Benefits. Incumbent will closely collaborate with the HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence Team and will lead and develop members reporting to the post.
- Manage the Shared Services/HR Operations team to deliver exceptional service and drives continuous improvement, whilst remaining aligned to the firm’s culture and core values.
- Develop team members through cross-training and skills development, ensuring knowledge sharing and business continuity.
- The role is accountable for overseeing all Recruitment, On Boarding, Learning & Development, Payroll, and Benefits transactional processes and ensuring that they are completed on time and accurately including but not limited to:
- Sourcing, screening, selecting, and on boarding of qualified candidates on a timely manner.
- Preparation and coordination of employee documentation including offer letters, referencing, starter packs and probation letters.
- Facilitate and streamline the onboarding of new employees.
- Support the collation and production of monthly payroll information in conjunction with the Payroll team.
- Support the production of reports from systems such as HR/Payroll system and Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure completion of annual processes and facilitate the HR Business Partners with informative Management Information, working collaboratively with the Compensation & Management Information Specialist.
- Graduate of Education or any Social Science or Business related course.
- At least 10 Years in HR Operations; 5 Years in HR Shared Services of a conglomerate with varied businesses; 5 Years in handling people.
- Must have extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits Administration, and Learning and Development.
- Willing to be assigned in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
