The AVP for HR Service Delivery is responsible for leading the shared service center in the areas of Retention, Systems and Workplace Environment. The position aims to deliver seamless and effective delivery of objectives and services to team members and various stakeholders of the organization.
RETENTION
- Develop the team’s capacity and capability to deliver benefits, payroll and HR services that meet service requirements and strategic needs.
- Ensure the effective delivery of HR services in the areas of compensation and benefits to employees
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in order to facilitate government-mandated benefits.
- Oversee a comprehensive, efficient and effective HR and payroll advisory and administration service.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures, templates and business processes are in place and adhered to.
- Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Improve the payroll and HR service delivery teams and explore options to make them more efficient, including potentially performing the payroll and others.
HR SYSTEMS
- Ensure that HR processes and policies are properly mapped out and integrated into the HR system.
- Ensure that the migration and build-up of database is properly executed and that information is accurate at all times.
- Ensure that the compensation module in the system is updated, accurate, properly maintained, and supported.
ANALYTICS
- Review, measure, define, and monitor HR metrics, and recommends improvement if needed.
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to generate improvements on operations, programs, processes and policies for effective service delivery to support HR and strategies.
POLICY AND PROCESS REVIEW
- Review current 1AP HR policies and processes, and recommends improvement of processes if needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related course
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, focusing on Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, and Data Analytics
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in People Management
