As Business Services Staff Manager you are responsible for an operations department within RGN’s Shared Service Center. In this department, administrative processes for various parts of our operating companies are carried out and managed.
- Drawing up the department’s annual plan and realizing the department strategy and objectives in line with the commercial objectives and the strategy of Business Services.
- Daily operational management of the department, where you manage results and use the Business Services ‘lean way’ of working (day starts, capacity planning, and continuous management of quality and lead time).
- Connecting, coaching and developing employees to a higher level, deploying employees on their expertise and guiding them in their broader responsibility in the chain.
- Developing the organization through an ‘outside-in’ approach and overseeing the whole (helicopter view).
- Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative chain, both within Business Services and in the field, through optimization, standardization and automation of processes. You work closely with the commercial organization and staff departments such as IT and Finance.
- A completed HBO/WO education
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a commercial company.
- Strong persuasion and connection power at various levels within and outside the organization.
- Experience in coaching and developing employees.
- Knowledge and experience with LEAN
- Demonstrable affinity with change and chain management.
- Ability to convince stakeholders of your findings and to involve them in the steps to be taken, with strong communication skills at all levels within the organization and with customers.
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.
- Result-oriented, self-starting and enterprising.
