I am currently partnering with a listed SaaS company looking for a Financial Controller role. My client is looking to triple in revenue by 2030 and for this there will be massive growth across the UK & EMEA. You will need to have strong project management experience from a larger company to be consider.

For this role you will be working closely with different teams across the company and playing a key role in the strategic decision of the company moving forward from a accounting point of view. You will partner with the Director of CAO and drive the internal processes and procedures.

• Develop and build a world-class shared services function.
• Drive completeness of documented controls, processes, and desktop procedures across all areas of International Finance.
• Have managed multiple projects from a very senior level working across the business.
• Implement and improve the required process and internal control environment, and perform control procedures to ensure subsidiaries are complying with Company policy.
• Provide strategic direction to the development and deployment of financial and reporting processes that ensure compliance with relevant International accounting standards and international rules and regulations for statutory reporting.
• Serve as a key leader in International M&A due diligence and integrations by understanding and communicating the accounting and tax compliance implications of proposed transactions.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide accounting & tax guidance on new product launches and international expansion plans

For this role you will need to be ACA/CA or equivalent from a practice background. You will need to have 8 years of experience of international accounting experience. You will need excellent written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence people.
