The role is responsible on the end-to-end Project and Change Management of the People Digital Transformation project implementations and/or systems deployment (Time and Attendance, Payroll, App Vault, Sodales, and SuccessFactors) across Coca-Cola and the integration of these systems to the Integrated Business Services (IBS).

Payroll Management

  • Manage payroll operations for Coca-Cola Malaysia and Singapore on two locations (frequent travel to Singapore will be required)
  • Ensure policies, procedures and processes meet the requirements of internal control standards (Local Chart of Authority)
  • Maintain HR operational documents (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure manual, policies and guidelines, flowchart, service agreements, contracts of employment & HR related documentation)
  • Ensure proper design and execution of personnel data management, time management, organization management and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, laws, company policies and procedures for Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Manages integration activities related to other HR function and payroll.
  • Ensure all statutory filings are effectively managed
  • Ensure accuracy of expatriate taxation and reporting
  • Closure of any audit findings relating to areas of concern

HRIS System (SAP, SuccessFactors, Ramco)

  • Ensure the integrity of the HRIS database.
  • Ensure security of employees’ personnel files and other personnel information.
  • Interface with vendor to resolve problems when escalated by the users
  • Perform periodic audits of HRIS data to ensure system credibility.
  • Work with Internal Auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Benefits Management

  • Ensure benefits management is timely and accurate.
  • All benefits cost should be aligned with BP/Annual Budget.
  • Manage the medical benefits as per the entitlement sets in the Employee Handbook.

Reporting and Budgeting

  • Coordinate with Financial Planning to assure that salary budget conforms with operating budget.
  • Works on projects that may be assigned from time to time.

People Management

  • Provide leadership for payroll and benefits teams, maintain and monitor assigned resources including reporting and headcount budgeting.
  • Manage the team performance, KPIs, targets as well as coordinate the team development (performance appraisal, individual development, coaching, trainings)

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business, or similar field
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in handling HR work stream and 2-3 years in project management
  • Language: English / Bahasa Melayu

Capability:

  • At least 3-5 years in handling HR work stream and 2-3 years in project management
  • Business savvy with deep analytical and executional skills. Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data and arrive at sound business decisions.Understands end-to-end HR processes and HR systems and tools (Systems Life Cycle), especially the different modules in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Knows HR Shared Services (Solutions, Transitions and Steady-State),
  • Client Engagement skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation and MNC would be an added advantage
