The Financial Shared Service Center is positioned as business finance.
Fund Management
- Review the financial fund budget and monitor the implementation of the fund budget. Responsible for preparing annual, quarterly and monthly fund plans, supervising the implementation of fund plans, responsible for monthly summary and preparation of fund situation reports, tracking and supervising the use of funds, balance changes and other fund information of subordinate companies, and forming fund plan implementation status tables and fund analysis reports.
- Responsible for fund risk management, establishing a risk warning mechanism, paying close attention to fund security, reducing fund risks, regularly analyzing the company’s fund management status and proposing optimization and improvement suggestions.
- Responsible for coordinating the operation and maintenance of the financial system fund module and optimizing and improving its functions; responsible for promoting the construction of the treasury, and implementing the group’s business and financial integration information construction and optimization tasks.
Financing Guarantee and Credit Management
- Manage the financing needs of affiliated enterprises, design financing plans, coordinate the bank credit business of the company and its subsidiaries, prepare financing plans and credit plans, perform internal approval or reporting approval procedures for financing plans and guarantee matters, and supervise, inspect and track the financing and guarantee situations.
- Manage the company and its subsidiaries’ loans, fund allocation, guarantees and other matters, prepare materials and perform internal and external review and approval procedures.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, finance or other related fields, more than 5 years of financial work experience;
- Priority will be given to candidates with intermediate accountant or above qualification or certified public accountant qualification;
- Be familiar with national financial laws, regulations, rules, guidelines and policies, and master relevant knowledge of financial management;
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, good communication skills and ability to withstand pressure.
