Cooper Fitch is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Shared Services Expert position based in Riyadh.
Our client is a major Saudi Financial entity. The role will be responsible for over seeing the organization’s corporate services, collaborating with various departments and key team members to support the company’s objectives.

- Experience managing the Shared Service domain, ideally within a financial services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Exposure in effectively overseeing various functions within a Shared Services department
- Strong knowledge of shared services concepts, principles, methodologies, and frameworks
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Operational and Service Level Agreements
- Demonstrated experience improving service delivery to optimize efficiency across departments
