• An acting expert and advisor to employees and management, where you are responsible in providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor the implementation and utilization of HR information systems to make effective HR processes and data management
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and benefit administration in each country of operation
• Conduct due diligence on related partners, such as reviewing track-record, client references, and performance
• Stay abreast of changes in global payroll regulations and its best practices, proactively recommend new ways to implement its adjustments in each country
• Monitoring compliance processes
• Provide reports to top management and involved in strategic shared service projects to ensure improvement

• 8+ years of well-rounded technical expertise within HR Shared Services and/or HR Operations, you are expected to have track-record of managing both operations and strategical ideation within the function
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s payroll operations is mandatory, exposure to other countries’ regulations within SEA will be highly advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills who is proactive and strive to recommend improvements when gaps are identified
• Strong communication skills with good English
